During Your Pet’s Appointment
For in-hospital appointments, a veterinary technician will gather your pet's history. The doctor then performs an exam on your pet and forms a treatment plan. Your veterinary technician will then discuss the treatment plan with you.
This is a great time to ask questions. The Animal Care Center of Pasco County veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.
Once all questions have been answered, your pet will undergo the treatment plan. From there, you and your pet will check out from the hospital. If any diagnostic tests are recommended, a veterinary technician or doctor will follow up via phone call to schedule the tests.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times when the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible. From everyone here at Animal Care Center of Pasco County, we are excited to meet you and your pets!
